Try Charlie at Bimmersport, e36 T-stat $25-26 and aluminum housing was
$35-36. Just picked up mine last week.

I got mine at Part Source for $26. It was a lot cheaper than at the stealer. Canadian Tire didn't have one listed for the E36 (actually, they don't seem to have ANY parts listed for the E36 ... not even the battery!)

I forgot to mention that it did not come with a gasket, so I did have to get that from the stealer
