how much lower will my car sit?

I finished my E-36 M3 5-lug and brake upgrade on my E-30. I'm running the M3 motorsport rims with 225/45/17 in front and 245/40/17 in rear. I am currently lowering the car, and would like to know how much lower it will sit once i put my M52 in it than it currently does with the M42 motor. I'm planning on running the Intrax springs because they offer the lowest drop. ( NON COILOVER )They lower the car 1.6 in the front and 1.2 in the rear.

You can get a bigger drop then that non-coilover. But with the the size tires you have on your car, it will probably rub even with a 1.5 drop.

Ya, I rolled the fenders and now it doesn't rub but i'm not sure once i lower it.
