well thats true.. you cant eat fast foods if u want quick results.. well u can, just work out harder..

but anyways u guys should be eating healthy.. =)

i get enough exercise @ work, i used to go to the gym but i would usually just end up watching the girls.

I just re-started working out again, trying to gain some weight back again. Mostly my upper body though, I'm happy with myself from the waist down.

Not to say that I'm in bad shape, I cycle ALOT in the warmer months, but not in as good shape as I could be/have been. When I used to mountain bike race and did track and field, I had like a 37bpm resting heart rate....I could run for over an hour, and leg press just over 1000lbs (I couldn't walk productively afterwards though).....damn lack of free time now

Food and rest are very important in getting the right results.The best thing you can do I think is talk to your fitness instructor about what your goals are (i.e. lose weight or building muscle) let him make a workout program and change this every 4 to 6 weeks.
There's also a lot of info on the net about this subject.

I like to train a lot and it feels good getting nice comments from the girls, it keeps you motivated

Btw thinair what bikes do you have,I have a Gary Fisher. I do mountainbike sometimes,not in races or anything I am quit new to it

I LOVE SALAD!!! haha~ I visit the gym 3 - 4 times a week... and play 2+ days basketball... well, I'm just a little guy, 5'9 and 165lbs, used to be 155 a year ago... started working out with a trainer 3 months ago to gain more weight and cut at the same time... tell you what... GIRLS LOVE IT!!!! imagine how much more looks u can get (not inside the gym tho... unless you're totally outta shape ).

I am in the process of gaining weight by eating as much calories as i can, but at the same time i'm trying to be cut. It's hard!

Alezone, what did u do to keep cut and gain the weight??
