Talking Do you workout???

I went to Extreme Fitness today, when I left there was a Z3 parking right behind me. And there were a lot of bimmers in the lot too... seems that bimmer owners are pretty healthy uh

I wish I had the motivation to work out. I really want to but every time I try, I dont see any results after a couple weeks and I get discouraged and stop.
I'm also too intimidated to goto a gym, but maybe one of these days I can convince one of my friends to signup as well.

well i used to be like you contra..
what i did was sign up to adult school and they had gym class.. i got credit and it became more habbit... one thing i learned is it takes more then 2 weeks to see results! u feel results in a week though.. im in for about 2 months and nothing big happining to me except arms.. i wish i could do it more.. i just got bad scheduling.. like waking up at 2pm and going to school from 7-10pm

hehe

but dang nothing better then a guy in a bmw working out.. well for a womens side of view.. for us its nothing.. well u get my point!

bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha on this topic.
I will have to agree with Gino the only time I run is to the washroom.
I'd rather lay on the ouch watch tv than working out.

How easily you forget that more important than working out is eating right. That is the key, you wont see results as quickly, if you dont eat right.
