How to change fog light bulbs?

Ok, this is pretty dumb. Is there an easy way to change the bulbs for the fog lights? Upon initial inspection, it looks like there is some circular cover underneath. Oher than that, do I have to take the entire assembly off just to change the bulbs?

Remove circular cover, remove bulb from housing, disconnect wires from bulb, reverse for install. Do not need to remove entire assembly unless you want to replace lens cover as well.

Or, if your car is as low as mine and you don't feel like working on your back (without a lift), just remove the lower screw on the front lens and push the light out from the back towards the front of the car.

But yeah, the other way works too.
