well....alot..because with shipping and the kit its gunna bring u up to about 7 grand, then ure gunna need to upgrade ure clutch (my stock m3 clutch wasnt even enough) reinforce ure subfram...light weight fly wheel, at least get m3 brakes, lsd diff...

i strongly suggest bringing the kit over the border yourself, its a cash grab by the canadian government to have it shipped.

then over a grand for new clutch + install (get a e34 m5 clutch)

and neil's right, you should at least get m3 or 330ci brakes.

Best bet is get it shipped to someone in the U.S., then get them to re-ship via US Mail out of the original pakaging and invoice as "various used car parts".
No duty and still get to keep your warrenty.
