I havent seen the theatrical cut yet, just what they showed at TFF, is the naked fight scene still 15 mins long - and does he still throw dollar bills at the cockroaches?

I just saw it a few hours ago, i was pissing my pants during the movie. Once it was done and i thought about it, there seemed to be a lot of scenes that weren't real. What i mean by that is that it seems that the civilians were just ACTORS during certain parts of the movie. If that is the case, it makes those parts not as funny.
The only parts that seemed like they were real (in the sense that Sacha Cohen is playing the joke on the people) is when they were interveiws, the whole Pamela Anderson thing seemed a bit too fake!
