Rmp Sucks!!! They Broke Everything!!!

I posted the title since negative reviews seem to get more attention than positive ones.

I had an AMAZING round of service from RMP. I left my winter beater there one night for them to look at the next day but when i went to start the bmw in the morning, the battery had drained and thus wouldnt start.

Needless to say Rocco came to the rescue... he drove to my house, picked me up, took me back to the shop and helped me out. Not only that, but when I came back that weekend for an oil undercoat, cert, oil change, etc. etc....

they stunned me on the price being even cheaper than usual.

Rocco, you rock-yo.
RMP... keep up the amazing service/pricing... this is what separates your average shop, from a shop that will gain life-long devotees such as me

I just gave Rocco a call. I'm due for maintenance at month end. His quotes are cheap, as compared to other shops I've been to. I'm going to give him a try.

BTW.. Rocco, re: squealing noise.. it was definitely that belt.. 4 days going and no squeal!
