Needs nothing to run. Runs good! Looks sort of crappy, but thats why its cheap.

What would it take for e-test and certification?

hi, r u selling the van certify & etested? when was the last time u have fix/repair/service the front end? how is the condition of the brake line/fuel line? when was the fuel pump/sending unit replace (does the gas gauge work)? was the transmission replace/rebuild? i am looking for a working van for my company, but my boss is CHEAP!!!! thats why all this questions. please advise. thanks.
