ok he cooks a tire, lines it up, runs down , puts arm out ( drives for a bit ) YES DRIVES FOR A BIT !
i think he won it and tried to drift it to show off in my oppinion..

his had was out the window, but he didnt lose control till well after...its a front wheel drive car!! wtf!??!

He was trying to finish with a spin out or something, he was even trying to set the car up, he slams on the breaks (you can see break lights light up) then you can see the car abruptly turn to the left and a second later he pulls on the hand break.
