so i finally got the unit, and it took for ever to get the glove box out (hidden bolt) then i get it out plugged it in... and nothing..... i unplug it look for another place to plug it, nothing so i put it back in and plug in the secondary plug
and still nothing so now im mad
i then take it apart look over the unit then plug it back in and OUT OF NO WHERE the rest my doors just unlock. so im thinkin sweet its working.... i try the remote.... nothing so after about 2 hours of fukin with the damn thing it still isnt working. i dunno why what who where when, nothing.
I checked all the fuses everything is fine. the remote lights up when i push the buttons but nothing happens. the only thing i can think of is either the brain is dead. or the remote isnt programed for this brain. but it was all supposed to have come from the same car... but i dunno if i trust the guy. any way to test this thing? anyone have any ideas what the heck is goin on?
if worse comes to worse i can take it to the stealer, but i really dont want to cuz they will charge me an arm and a leg for and it will turn out to be somtin totally dumb
