that's a deal for a ZF tranny. This is the same tranny that 328's came with as well.

Because the output flanges are different. I've already said the before too

I bought my engine from this seller. He's an honest guy. The engine he sold me doesn't knock or ping or whatnot. So this tranny is unlikely to have been abused in any way.
