Paul--Not impressed

Ok,

So i pm'd paul about the ACS strut bar he had for sale to ask if he still had it he clearly stated "Yes" and he gave me a price. I had agreed to his parice and then proceded to arrange a time and place. First of all I had the money immediately to make payment, but he had to leave and he said that he would be back on monday and to contact him them. Now I had asked Rommel to meet him to give him the money and pick up the strut bar because Rommel is out that way, I had made paul aware of this factor.

A few days go by and I hear nothing from paul, and Rommel had asked me if I had heard from him. I said no, So I called Paul to ask what is happening with the bar and he said that his brother might be keeping it and to call him back the next day. So I call him back the next day and he tells me that his brother decided to keep it.

I dont know if he assumed that I would never, but at Bimmer cruise on sunday I come across a ACS strut bar on Graham's I had asked him where he got it and I found out that he got it from Paul which I found rather interesting.

What bothers me is that I had the money already and we had agreed the week before Graham even contacted him, Paul knew this and yet he decided to screw around and lie to me.

I'm telling you know man, THAT WAS NOT COOL.

I would not be so mad if you got more money or if I was takeing time to get the money. But never lie to anyone, max is not that big people talk and people see.

^^^ +100!.. dude i had Dans money in my pocket when i met up with him on saturday night during that long weekend. I was waiting for your PM and i would of picked it up on that holiday monday . I PM'd Dan like twice asking whats going on since he said that he made arrangements to inform you. Once we saw OUR PAL Graham have it already on his car, at bimmercruise, Dan and I was definitely looking forward to meeting you at the event!

Dan, im still pondering with the idea of wrenching that bar off of Grahams car while i look him in the face and give it to you. haha

lol, I appreciate it man, but I can not fault/punish Graham for a situation he had no idea about.

dude u had the money but never gave it to me, u dicked around with i'll give it to my friend which wil give it to you bla bla bla. i waited and waited.My brother wanted it, So my brother gets it, then it didnt fit his car he wanted it gone. so the first guy that called me after that point got it. The guy was a straight up guy i had the money. i'll meet up with you tonigth. I always said first one that puts money in my hand gets the parts. Also you never gave me a deposit.

Dude I told you that I had the money in hand, I believe I sent you a pm ask when you wanted to meet two weeks ago, you took your sweet ass time pmiong me back rommel had the money and I sent you a pm stating that, So when you got back from racing in montreal that weekend, I was not going to call you there because its long distance for you, the pm was waiting. That was the same monday night that you sold Graham that bar. dude its sold give it up. u never left a deposit so moting was writen in stone. end of story, Do you know how many times i hear i want that, and i have the money bla bla bla. First one with themoney and it was gone END OF STORY. next time give a deposit and then you will have a point anda reason to come on thjis site and talk shit. I have sold tons of parts worth way more then 150 and have never ever had a problem> I even gave you the place where you could buy a new one for 200, the time and gas you would have sent to get mine is worth more then 50 difference. DOne with this topic tired max and all the penny pinchers on this site
