Dinan Chip Installation

Hey Guys

I'm picking the chip up on Wednesday around 4pm and i would like to install it myself but i have no manual for the car...I know that the ECU is in the engine by the firewall on the left but i don't know what to do after taking the covers off to get to the ECU. Do i disconnect the battery first. (People have been telling me i don't need to woory about it). Do i have to worry about grounding myself so i don't fry the chip or ECU. I know that once it is in i do have to run the car for about 5 mins or so to let everything adjust. Any help would be appreciated.

Just installed the chip....Wow was it so easy. it only took 30 min. at most. The chip came with thorough instructions and man do i notice a difference in perfomance.
