I broke a ball joint going about 80 or so and the car turned left hard. Since the car was so low when it went over the curb it damaged the front end

Ya I would suggest solid ball joints. I replaced the tie rods, rack, springs , shocks and a bunch of driveline parts and didnt do the $50 ball joints. BIG MISTAKE!!!. Lets just say the ball joint break could have been worse. I wasent hurt but the car had tons of uncarriage damage. and 2 of my wheels had 90 degree bends. good thing I had 8 of those wheels.

damn, never seen your car in person but even I MISS IT!!

She was a sexy beast!! E30's that are kept simple and clean look much better than many modern day cars. I feel old!

That was a nice E30 Jase. Oh guess what? I met the guy that bought your E30 after and thought my E30 was your old one that you sold to him.

I do have another e30. I havent started much other than the tear down. It is a 91 black 325ic. I also have a few parts for the car.( OEM M TECH II kit, 9" type A's, 2 tone leather interior, m50 and techno violet paint) At the moment i am getting my daily driver looking better( 92 325i) OEM M kit, 18" M paralells, custom lether , schn itzer springs , blistien shocks, bemebo brakes and a few other things.

My last e30 was exactly what I wanted and i am going to build a similar car , short of molding in the kit and it will be a vert.
