lol, yea, there was alot more than 4700, I had to go to three banks to take out the amount that I wanted... appearently there is a daily limit, if you show up i just ask for all that much money, you need to tell them 2 bus days in advance... well for CIBC anyways.

I was ready to drop a pretty dime on a nice e36... but found one for 4700 I liked so I took it.

Edit: Is it me or does that fifty look like BUSH :S LOL hmm, actually it looks like Capt. Kirk

Just take the speed bumps one wheel at a time and you should be fine. If you take them head on with both wheels going up the speed bump at the same time then you most likely WILL bottom out on the speed bumps! Leave it the way it is for now!

Congrats on the buy. Welcome to the E36 320i club!

yea I left the it lowered.... I just took it home today... I was able to get into my building without bottoming out.... but barly...

But I'll be taking it back to the dealer in the morning... the engine temp gauge goes to red after about and hour an a half of driving.... It could be a bad sensor... or something to do with the radiator I think... so hopefully that gets sorted out tomorrow other wise it's great.

If anyone has had problems like this before lemme know what was the cause and fix... so I can atleast look like I know what I'm talkin about when I take it in tomorrow lol

Only stalled twice taking it home... ok maybe 4 times ... just learning manual

Mine was overheating right after I bought it too, so I checked my coolant... apparently I was missing 3 litres. Could be that...

SO I pack my car up with a couple cases of booze and me an one of ma boys were on our way to the cottage to meet up with some ppl for a few days of drinking....

But by the time we got to around 401 and Harmony or something like that.... I looked in the rearview and saw nothing but white smoke coming outta the rear... then two seconds later smoke form the engine bay... All traffic had to stop so we could get the car over to the side of the road cause I was on the far left lane.. lol

We were there about 2 hours before we got towed at around 11:30. Traffic was at a crawl. We towed the car back to the dealership at Finch and Keele for $200

And the to top it off, the tow truck driving kept telling me how horrible BMW's where and how he's always picking them up all the time.

Here are some pics with one of my boys posing by my car on the tow truck.. lol.... I would taken some pictures of the smoke but I was freakin out at the time.
