Time to part with it, we all know the deal.
I'll give you two pics for now, there are more, let me know if you want a pic of something special.
front 3/4 and front seats pics in this thread:
IMHO - this is an average 87 E30, is it mint? Hell no. It's a descent chassis, needs work, the rust is not major, interior is just nice. Nothing special, has 3.73 posi rear diff, has e36 solid control arm bushings.
Issues, sure: you'll need both front fenders; you'll need to do some work on rockers and rear wheel lips; there's a "miss" in the engine (it feels like it's not firing on all cylinders, only 5) some people seem to think that it might be a broken rocker arm - maybe an injector?; sunroof rust; steering rack, the threads for one of the line are stripped; leading edge of hood rust; it was hit sometime in the past (or hit something) on the right front corner. Ask for the picture of the nose and you'll see the filler strip below the lights and grill is still pushed in under the right front lights. The valance under the bumper has not been fully straightened on the right side. The front lip (which is correct for 325es) has been half assed repaired in the same area. Most people don't notice right away, but all of you guys will.
I haven't driven it much in the last year, if I had more space I'd put in a roll cage, swap in an 5 speed and keep it for a track car. Since I'm not a Rockerfeller yet that's not gonna happen. It would be a good daily driver, it is better than a winter beater, not a bad project platform.
We all know where this will likely end up but we're starting at $1500 and entertaining offers. I'll try to be reasonably quick with replies.
