SSR Type C



i'm want to buy the SSR type C rims in 17's.... the only place i can find them on are on tirerack for 400$US each, and the 8.5' are on backorder till oct. anyone else know wehre i could get them, maybe even cheaper? ... i was looking to get tires for my stock m68 and to upgrade to 235 or even 245 in the front but i cant cuz my rm isnt big enough so i want something bigger so i can add some more rubber with all this more power i'm making now lol(i wish)

Have you tried Tunerworks in Calgary? I don't know if they'll be cheaper but at least you won't have to pay brokerage and the other bs involved with US bought stuff.

Why not get some OZs, better wheel IMO.
Can you use a rear M68 upfront, with spacer?

i got my rear upfront now without spacer and don' rub or anything... the ssr's are lighter then the OZ...

So why not just buy 2 rears and use 17x8.5 all the way around? Unless the wheel looks odd?

yeah i could doo that too but they are 16.2lb each and the m68 are 24-26lb each.. can simon get those?

Most places around us order SSR through tirereack, so if they dont have it, you might have to wait.

$$$$ wheel, and not the lightest wheels out there, unless they are F110, and they dont make them for non M cars. I had a set K18s.
