Guibo

Did e30's come with a guibo? And if they did, is it easy to fix if it is worn?

what the heck does a guibo do?

I have some clunk while going on or off power in the lower gears. Does the guibo help this lash? Seems like it's coming from the output shaft, not the diff.

It absorbs the driveline impact...

A popular upgrade is using the bigger one from the E34 5er

Wouldn't really call it popular and I beleive it only applies to the E30 M3.
