Thanks again everyone! I really didn't want to take em off in the end, and even tried raising my coilovers up as high as they would go, but alas, it wasn't enough for daily drivability. I will however attempt to roll the inside of my fenders this weekend to see what that may do as when I raised the car up, it clears, but rolling the lip will (hopefully) make it problem free if I were to hit any bumps.
I'll consider doing the E46 fender idea when I talk to a few shops and find out what my options are, it's a really interesting idea actually. Obviously I'd prefer metal over fiberglass too, but looking at my car again tonight, I dont think a shop will actually have to flare the fenders that much, at least not as much as I originally imagined they would so it may become an easier job just to work with my existing body metal. We'll see what happens.....

Soldo: these wheels are actually hard to find now, even the place I bought them from doesn't sell them anymore

RJay: The spoiler has a bit of a problem with one of it's mounting bolts. I drilled one of the holes a bit too far off center and now it wont secure to the wing. I'm trying to fiberglass and epoxy over the hole so I can re-drill it properly again but it's not without it's challenges (cracking etc mostly ). I may just end up perm. affixing it in the spoiler and bolting it all to the car

Regarding the fender idea, you get a hold of e46 front fenders, cut just the fender lip off, cut the fender lips off the rear, then graft the front left fender to the rear right fender, and vise versa. I'll try to find pics.

Please do....any info you can grab on this mod for me would be awesome. Would regular E46 coupe fenders be flared enough? I imagine M3 ones will be hella expensive because of the side vent etc...

M3 fender lips stick out really far, it wouldn't look as subtle, plus finding a smashed up M3 isn't all that common especially with front fenders intact.

You're entitled to your opinion, but care to elaborate? I have actually been trying very hard not to rice my car by using quality parts with the exception of the fogs where I do agree they're not that great looking. Until I see a set of nicer projector fogs though, they're going to stay since they're equipped with hid and have a better focus.

thamadchigga: I would have loved to go with real OZ Futuras, and may in fact do so in the future, but for now I am unable to find anywhere within canada to purchase them from, and I refuse to buy used wheels, I only want brand new.
