How much are you lookin' to spend? I'm in the "potential for sale depending on price" category.

Yeah I check autotrader.com, bimmerforums, E30tech, R3v for US cars as well, as travelling down for the right one wouldn't be totally out of the question, but obviously local is always preferred.

I have no set limit in mind. 6 or 7K isn't out of the question by any means. Even higher possibly if it's the right car.

Know of any?

My E30 is for sale.. I was goint to sell it in the fall, but hey, what's a month or so... my E30 was down in North Carolina for 6 years of it's life. The car has had a reccent M50 swap done and has suspension, brakes, wheels, etc. done too. Best is, I am right in your price range.

Gmas sorry to but in, but l'm also looking for an e30 with the same standered;s that Gmas is looking for.

its pretty tough to find a clean e30. i paid 7k for my white one. my buddy was looking for a nice one, was ready to spend 6-7-8k on it, we both looked hard for 6 months and came up with nothing. there was one in texas the guy flopped on, and one in cali that was just too far

that being said, I would be willing to sell my 1990 325is. Rust free. drove to Minneapolis mn to get this, and it looks like it didn't spend much time down there. NO rust, and it had an indiana map in the map pocket

anyway, its got a 2.7 stroker swap with about 1000 miles on it. super eta crank rods and pistons, with 2.5i head. new timing belt, water pump, hoses seals and gaskets, clutch, radiator, thermostat, etc. eibach springs.

NEW RH wheels and tires, 215-40-17 yokohama avs es100s, both are in perfect shape with ~60 miles on them
50% tint up front 20% in back, just done
sony cd/mp3 player installed, infinity coaxials all around, and wired for a system.

5 speed of course

needs a hood and drivers fender, and has a little rash by the gas door. must have gotten in a slow speed scuffle earlier in its life
