LF: Clean, Top-condition E30 325is

Looking to buy an E30 325is that's in great condition. I realize these cars are 15+ years old now, and they're not going to be brand new, but I still am trying to hold high standards.

Let me know what you have, whether it's officially for sale or always potentially for sale for the right price. I have one car I've seen and just trying to weigh my options now, and see what else is out there.

Please quote a price or range, and pics are always great. Feel free to post it here, PM me, or email me at massivesandwich@hotmail.com

Thanks guys, looking forward to seeing what's out there!

I have to dissagree here, i am always looking...in papers, dealers, auctions, everywhere you can think of...Finding a GOOD clean original E30 is VERY hard...

P.S Let me know what your price range is, so i can keep a eye for one...

There are a few Fil, it's just that the people who own them seem to think they're made of gold and full of diamonds and reflect it with their prices.

I'd say grab a moderate one and throw it in the body shop. That way you will know EXACTLY what you have.

Hey, I'm trying...honestly. I try and make a point not to be the lazy type and ask questions that have been asked 100 times before. I check here, Autotrader, Craigslist, e30tech, R3v, Bimmerforums....maybe there are resources I'm missing or just don't know of. Any tips or leads you have though would be greatly appreciated!

Hey thanks so much...really appreciate it! I'd say 6, 7....even 8K isn't out of the question for a pristine example.

Cheers,

Hey, thanks so much for the heads up! I guess I forgot to mention that 5 spd. is pretty much a necessity. Your response was totally appreciated though.

5 speed swap? Hmmmm..

5spd swaps have been done MANY tims before, especially on E30's.... our sponsors RMP can do this for you, and they'd do a very clean job, you wouldn't even know it was auto.

If you needed any of the parts for a 5spd swap, i would have all the parts required for it!

Oh yeah? Nice! Any rough ballpark estimate on cost after all parts, labour, etc.?

I've never performed the swap, but usually the labour is give or take $500 and parts are however cheap you find them.

(i have these parts just lying in my buddies garage, he just wants them out)

Great, thanks so much for the info. So I'm guessing probably around $1000 for the swap after all is said and done.

I'd say lower than that, parts SHOULDN'T cost you $500 unless your buying them new from the dealer. I'd say something like 6-800

GMAS...

look s. of the border... it's not worth the time and headache if you are looking for a MINT body. Although your idea of mint and mine are probably off, since I am VERY picky....

how much you looking to spend?
