Don't want to shit on your thread but considering that there are resonable quality 19po LCD monitors (with way better specs than yours) selling BRAND NEW for 199$ I think 250 for a used 17po one is too much IMO.

Don't think you can get an IBM LCD Monitor for that price. But if you can cool. It is SOLD
