E36 Engine Prices?????

Hey i got some E36 engine stuff, wondering the value of these parts.

I got two M50 engines, one is more put together then the other.

No idea on what the KM's are.

I got two trannies also, both manual and i believe both labbelled getrag.

And i got a subframe for an E36 with the differential, but no idea on the gear ratio.

Let me know the ball park prices for this stuff if you can.

Got pix also if anyone is interested also.

Thanx.

P.s. i also got a friend who's got a 1999 M3 engine with automatic tranny, no wiring loom however.

it has 98 000 Km's, with paperwork.

What is the ballpark price for the M3 engine and tranny?

the m50 engines, depending on KM and assuming a COMPLETE engine would be worth about $1300-1600.the m3 engine is worth roughly $3000, and the m3 tranny isnt worth much because its an AUTO! somebody correct me if my numbers are off...

From what i know, S50's go from about 2500 to 3500 for low km, s52's go for roughly the same. M50's can go from about 1000-2000. Note the higher end for these figures is usually for very good quality engines (fresh rebuild, or better yet, just low KM's)
