no. only time I've been questioned about it was back when I had the carputer with the old VGA screen... I was pulled over for a routine check, and Winamp was still running. Since the new setup, never had any problems... and most of the cops in the area know me now anyway.. they wave hello to me when I drive by. I never close the screen anymore... but I also never watch DVD's while driving.

Thanks... I'm just too poor to pay someone else to build it / install it.

I never show too much. I usually just talk about these things when someone else brings it up. I never got the PM... they're rarely seen.

Thanks. I have no idea what an audio shop would charge.. but most 7.5" brand name headunits are well over $1200 alone. I would guestimate the entire ICE setup (including sound) would be in the $5000 range. My problem with a shop doing it is they just make it work, but it's never secure. I like that everything for this install is hidden away... no cabin or trunk space has been compromised, (not even for the video game systems) and the headunit can't be removed/stolen unless the entire dashboard has been removed first.

Thanks.. the rims are OEM Manaray VR5 rims (not knockoffs), hubcentric & no spacers required. Unfortunately, only 500 sets have been made. So if I damage one beyond repair, the whole set is useless. 255's on the back, 225's on the front.
