$10 Illuminated Shift Knob wiring harness

I just installed my illuminated shift knob. Didn't want to pay $60 for a wiring harness at the Stealership, so i made one for $10 in 10 mins and all you need is a pair pliers.

Here's a little DIY if anyone is interested.

If you buy the OEM Illuminated Shifter, doesn't it come with the right wiring to just plug it into the light dimmer (to the left of the steering wheel) without any splicing?

I bought mine online, and it didn't come with a wiring harness. By connecting up to the wiring designated for interior lighting its the same as hooking directly into the dimmer. By buying my shifter (OEM) online i saved about $100, when compared to what the stealership wanted. And besides its only electrical... not like its rocket science.
