Unfortunately, clips like that don't get shown enough and there's always the "it wont happen to me" attitude. The Fast and the furious movie didn't help matters either.........

it goes like this..
cars - camero (the girl driver) and a mustage GT, both are new body styles but not sure about the years.
the clip goes like this, crowds and cars standing on both sides of a very narrow road.. the camero and the rustange both lined up side by side and ready to drag... on a count of three, the mustage jumps off the line... the camero stalled, cranks it up again and jumps off the line... the camero looses control when shifting from 1st to 2nd.. ram into cars on the left side of the road then again on the right side... crowd rushes to the camero and the clip ends...

terrible
Damn. That was horrible. Marita, you're completely right about that. REason to take it to the track. I've actually done that sort of racing years ago. And that's exactly why we ended up tracking it. We were all getting too old, and had too much to lose. Thank God, we got away with it all those times.
I have to say. I really don't know if people will understand. Nothing wrong with aggressive driving, provided it's done in a controlled environment, by an experienced driver.
Lesson for all the new drivers/racers.......get to know your vehicle!! Anything can happen...so be prepared.

It'd be easier if the government, or SOMEONE, at least, provided an easily accessible place for people to do that sorta thing. Darg strips are one thing, but i mean, not everyone can pay to get on a track.

mbavaria30s, welcome to maXbimmer!
I go on a no street racing, all track policy anyways.
Defensive driving should always be practiced on and off the track though.

Honestly...
I have no problem with street racing in general...
but that form of glorified street racing is just stupid...
I guess there has to be limits, and those are different from person to person...
