The real problem stem from Tanenbaum + Domi's freindship. They are the controllers of what happens.
Domi is the useless twit ! hes the inside source for Tanenbaum !
they should have kept Quinn. He has done well in he past, cant blame him for the crappy players they had to work with. Blame that idiot Ferguson.
he was the assistant GM of St Loius Blues, and look where they are now !

Too bad Darkness, this is the most exciting and most tightly competitive season I've ever seen.

And RE Quinn, I like the guy but the new NHL rules made him go the way of the steam engine. The grinding brawler team will just get a hundred penalties per game, the approach will not work anymore - you can't bash anyone into submission now. He tried to adapt but failed. You now need a quick, skilled team with heavy defensive emphasis. A team like NJ will take the cup this year - the TRAP! My vote goes to NJ, Ottawa (if Hasek returns before too much damage is done) and Detroit. Maybe Anaheim, I just want them to win for Giggy, I had tears myself when he cried after game 7 getting the MVP trophy.

agree, and I agree, NJ's going to the finals this year.

I think the problem lies within JFJ more than quinn. Quinn showed that he could handle the team at the end of the year, but I'm not sure if that was just team desparation.

Its funny how the New Jersey arena is constantly half full, even when they are a winning team...
however , finals? i highly doubt it...and even if they do, detroit will take it.

I agree that JFJ is more of a problem then anyone else. But NO WAY IN HELL is New Jersey going to the finals. You up for making a small wager?
