Home made DDE's phase 1
This is just a test run to see if this method actually works, this is by no means a useable version of the halos. I formed a ring out of some material I had already, and a small light to light the sucker up, but it's not powerfull enough to really give me a good show.
I will probably be picking up the actual working parts monday and we can actually begin to see how these will work. So far i'm quite impressed for a half assed 5minute job. Sorry for the picture quality it was with my webcam because i dont have the digi today.
The halo is more lit on one side because i was only using 1 light and i couldn't hold it very steady while clicking the mouse to take the snapshot =) it looks better in person but is still a test run so it looks shitty anyway =)

at least it worked considering i used materials found around my garage =)
I know i know it looks pretty sad, and please do not criticize this one, you can by all means criticize my final product however.
