Props to Charlie (Bimmersport)

So, after spending ~ $700 last October trying to repair my erratic idle problem (at my 'usual' mechanic), I figured I would take it to Charlie for a different perspective. Charlie's worked on my car before and I know that he knows his stuff. Well, in about 5 mins he found the problem...a leaky vacuum hose. Needless to say, I am a little upset at my usual mechanic b/c HE should have caught this earlier and for a lot less than I paid. Anyways, Charlie fixed it up, and a couple of other minor things for a very reasonable price.

Moral of the story: I found my new 'usual' mechanic, and I would recommend him to anyone.

i haven't needed to get my car fixed except for one issue so far. i got my brother's friend to put in new CAB and he did for next to nothing. but i then had to put the stock ones back on...got them cheap and charlie installed them as well as a new tie rod. quick clean work.
i think he can be called maxbimmer's official mechanic
