I still cant be 100% certain this is the right thing to do, but I just let my crankcase ventilate into the atmosphere. I get a little bit of oil smoke out the end of the tube, but when I had it hooked up to the boosted side of the intake I got crazy hesitation after a moderate period of driving (crankcase boosting I'm assuming), and when attached to the intake before the charger, it ended up just spewing oil fumes all over my MAF sensor or filter, so I said forget that and disconnected it entirely. My car hasn't experienced any problems since....but I still dunno if it's right
