Bad Oil Change? HELP!!

Hey Guys, i really want to go to shannonville otmorrow, but my bimmer's been acting up
I went to get an oil change and like service at the dealer in london. After i got it back, the check engine light has been on, and when the car is idling, the rpm is jumping from like 400-1000 instead of steady at like 600 (1998 328is). And i'm hearing this intermittent super annoying sound coming from below the body of the car, it's ridiculous, i have no idea what's going on guys.

When i'm in drive and not gasin, like jsut release the brake, the car jumps forward then stops, sort of like if i had hydraulics.

If anyone of your genuises could give me a hint in time for my to make it to the track i'd appreciate it.

Thanks again

Jon

yea mon

i did some forum searching and it's likely to be the idle timing valve or the mass air flow...but it doesn't really explain the noises...i really wanted to go to mosport too...this sucks
