Smile Raced a Honda Hybrid!

Before you fall to the ground laughing, hear me out. Those Honda Hybrids are really quite fast - he had me up to 180kph before I actually overtook him at 200 on the highway, I was really impressed.

I really wasn't expecting him to give me a good run for my money, but I was wrong. He gave me a run for my money and probably saved $5 in gas too! lol.

They are quick little buggers.

Jesse

1/4 mile?
Are you kidding me?
You have to measure it with a calander, not a stop watch!

Not sure That's why I was wondering. I do have an automatic, but normally that doesn't matter for higher speeds, my exceleration is actually pretty good once I already have some speed going.

I think the weight of the car + the fact that it was just himself in it compared to me and my girlfriend + a bunch of luggage probably had something to do with it. I still passed him, but I was going a lot faster then I thought I would need to that's for sure, I got side-to-side with him at 180kph, then slowly passed him as I reached 200kph.

I've driven one of those Insights and I though it was dangerously slow from a dead stop. Possibly aerodynamics came into play above 150 KM? That or ya need a tune-up
just kidding,
