How much does a windshield cost?

I need to replace the windshield of my car. It's a 2000 E46 Cabrio. Please advice a price for OEM or aftermarket price. Thank You

$360 for BMW windshield and $33 for moulding that needs replacement everytime you replace a windshield. Thats from the dealer.

This sucks.

pooor guy!

I hate it man. to dump $500+ just because of stupidity.

I guess it needed to be changed anyways. I had a couple of nice stone chips, and lots of little craters.

yeah, I was in your boat too! the windshield is sooo weak!

I was replacing the windshield wiper blades with these nice slim design ones I bought from parkview, and holding the arm an inch off the glass without the blade attached, it slipped out of my fingers, and tapped the glass. I had to look twice because I couldn't believe the arm tapping the glass that gently could of caused so much damage!

Makes me wonder, if its really worth going for the factory glass or not! aftermarket might be stronger, and resist chipping better!
