help me dress up my Alpina style wheels

i have these 2-piece alpina-style rims for my E21 project. I want to "dress" them up a bit- any suggestions? I know the middle should be black to look more like alpinas- what is the best way to go about doing this?

Also, I'm not crazy about the bolts used to hold the wheels together. I like the style found more on the BBS 3 piece rims. Can these be adapted?

Any ideas?
