Paint shop in Toronto

Alright guys, as the title states, im looking for a paint shop. BUT

Im not painting the whole car, and because im not, i dont want to pay a rediculous amount of money. Im not taking it to european autobody, because im not ready for a 6000$ paintjob yet.

I need my hood and a brand new bumper painted. Hood is CF, but i'll be doing the prep myself. So a decent bodyshop, but since both peices can very easily be painted off the car, overspray shouldn't be a huge issue. Im not saying im willing to sacrifice too much quality for the right price, but a decent shop with good prices would suit me well

thanks guys

I know the work is good and the prices reasonable. The APA recommends them also.

The dyno I use is at that shop. I've known the owners for about 20 years.

Will they give a two for one discount? I need my car painted too, and some bodywork to be done. European quoted me $1800 to fix a dent and paint. Their stupid expensive. I understand they do Ferraris, but a 94 325 aint getting a paint job worth more than the car.
