tick, tock, tick, tock, HELP!!! Should I not buy the e36 m3 software and harness and get a obd1 vanos software? The m3 engine is goin into a 92 325i. Old engine is out but ecu and harness are still in, HELP, I leave in the early am to c this engine. I'd hate to buy the ecu and harness when I don't need it. Thanx again Maxbimmer!

Cause its OBD II.... in order to convert it properly it would cost a small fortune, cause you would need all the correct sensors.... or something along those lines!

It would be a more straight forward swap if you had an OBD I M3 motor in your car (3L), but power wise, the 3.2L M motor with the M/S50 manifold will give you more power!
