turns out i have US ellips...therefore 9006 bulbs....
the silverstars are decent, but i would never pay retail...i got a pair for $20 off a buddy, they will do untill i get HID's or an e36 lol

Does anyone have a picture with H4 lHella ights with HID's?
I am thinking of running this setup but wondering if there will be too much Glare for oncomming traffic?

Hella Elipsoid!
Whatever you do.. don't buy the Eurolite H4 conversion housings.. Bosch ones are nice but they don't have any better beam pattern then the sealed lights.

I have Hella H4 conversion lights.. apperently they are better in brightness then the US elipsodes.

Its tru when compared to regular 9006 bulbs, not when you compare them to HIDs  .
9006 light output sucks ass.
Any H-series bulb is better, + better selection.
Its not so much that the US spec headlights suck, its the bulbs.

because I have a Semi decent cut off line now, will this be lost with the HID's?

HID's will exaserbate the cutoff line...so it's even more apparent. Just make sure your lights are aimed properly so you're not pissing everyone off.

i run osram silverstars in mine, i just got them 6 months ago (running lights/high beam only, not high beam-2 prongs) and they kick the shit outta stock lights on e30.

I have a simlar set up as slowered except that mine were retro fitted.
I have smoked euro ellipsoids with hid's from an e46.
