Bimmersport Automotive saves the day..again
This is the 2nd time charlie came through for me, first time my head was cracked and my intake valve was bent...i was pretty screwed since having the crack fixed would cost 1400, plus a wait of 2weeks and new valve train components. Not only did i get a BRAND NEW head, it only costed me 2grand and some change installed. I posted yesterday about needing my ignition housing fixed and I wanted to take it to charlie but towing costs were out of the question, today charlie gives me a call and tells me he saw my post and he could help me out. He came to my house himself and got my car towed to his shop for $20! What a guy, I was struggling with this for a week and couldnt do it. It just goes to show that not only does charlie work fast, and leave you with money in your pocket but he takes care of his customers, even outside of the shop.
Thanks again Charlie!

what you could've done john, is that you could always ask someone who is already a member of CAA to tow your car. or better yet, just get a membership, and I think up to 200km is free of charge.

$65 isn't that bad for the basic.
I've had a free tow from London, I asked the tow truck guy how much it would be if I actually had to pay for the tow, he told me something rediculous ($500+)

I used to do the safety plan with my Bell Mobility cell phone. It was $3 a month, and you get 3 tows per year, plus emergency roadside assistance for changing tires, gas, etc. etc... for $36 a year it wasn't bad, and it was completely transferable. I used it to help strangers out on the side of the road too.

CAA is not transferable but they never ask for your CAA card...so it's kinda transferable too

Well I got my car back, after chillin at the shop for a bit...after inspecting my suspension i needed a few more things.
I received a:
used E36 control arm
new ball joint
2 tie rods
2 stabalizer links
and installation for all these parts along with my ignition housing installed
plus i slapped my new wheels on
all in all, i spent a total of $650 with the cost of my parts, which is hella cheap, and its not like he puts crappy tire parts in these cars. Mad props to bimmersport for their excellent service!
