This a fully functional Pioneer CDX-M91 ZBM 6-CD changer (I believe it's MBUS) with the accompanying magazine and all mounting hardware/brackiets, as seen in the pic.
This was an OEM part for a number of the older BMWs that should be directly with this unit, much like the changer being sold here:
