Yeah, been running H4 HIDs for months now. Like Trevor said it's in the better range of HIDs thrown into reflector housings (nothing like 96-00 Civics...ugh), but they're still slightly blinding to people in front of me. 4300k helps (less retarded blue scatter, they almost look OEM), as well as integrated cut-off shields on the bulbs. I've only been flashed a couple times, and in both instances I was cresting a hill.
I don't see myself changing a thing. My lighting is great, and I'm not illuminating interiors or anything like that.
