I havent seen a harness for the e30 yet. its lke a 20min job to split them up and hook up the deck. ill suggest runnin new wires sepreately to EACH speaker.
Here is a good start

you should hook it up to the factory antenna and amp, just makes life easier. But you can add an aftermarket antenna, or use another amp.

Do not do not do not use the factory amp.
Just run speaker wires from the deck's speaker outputs to each corner of the car. Done.

Or do that. I haven't done an e30 deck install, only a few subwoofer/amp installs.

Can the buttons change from green to orange on this model?
I may consider it, i want a deck to match the interior, and i love the alpine volume twist knobs!
