How to shield computer monitors from TV's.

I have a TV that's sitting above my computer monitors and its interfering with them. I get these minute lines that run up the screen.

Is there any way to sheild this?

Lead plate between the 2. A 1/8th in thick steel sheet will help as well.

Also plug both into seperate circuits if available.

my pc is hooked up to my tv, in another room and I had interferrance, my brother just covered the cable that connected the two with aluminum foil... that fixed it.
