Question Need Help-Headlights (inner) not working

My inner headlights are not working as you pull on the first position, bulbs are fine..only the outside and foglights work(always on)... anyone know how to test the line???

Your advise is appreciated.....

when the knob is in the first position, nothing works except low beams.
pull it once and just the side markers and guages are on.
pull it again to the last position and you can then use your high beams and fog lights.

Wrong for a few reasons. One, he said his foglights are working. They would only work in the fully out position also. Two, he drives an '87. They didn't have DRLs.

Anthony, you know those are high beams, right? As in they're not supposed to be on all the time?

If so, check the fuses.
