what should i bulid my enclosure out of, 5/8ths of an inch fibreboard?
also

the port. is it just a hole? or does is it separated from the main subwoofer chamber with a peice of wood?

use 3/4 mdf or 1 hdf,use a slited port and same chamber I can build you a box, but not for 22 bucks dude....hehehehe...I know your are joking too

lol i wanna go ported i have seal now. and it rattle my truck lid too much. never heard how a ported system sounds lke. and from wat ive read its seams lke ported its the way to go. and NO i dont have rear strut brace.

my setup
heres my setup. there is the box in the first pic i was talkin about that it just a box that is "vented" or "ported" im not too sure  thats all thats on the outside just this vent or port thingy..the second pic is my amp  i would of put the amp against the back wall but its too damn big the sub woulda fit in perfectly but i still have some nice trunkspace left over and plus the back seats so its all good 
see wut im talkin about?
nice..... or is it gay?

Hmm, i just heard someone with the exact same speakers as i have in a sealed box. its not insanely loud, but its close enough, i think im going to go with sealed cause those boxes take up less space
