Uh okay I have another question.
As mentioned several times in this thread, i have 2 10s (infiniti) 250 watts RMS each.
And today I got a free amp from a friend. It's not that great though, it's a "Mobile Authority" amp, it says 600 watts on it. It's a 2 chanell. Model is 215ZXi.
Since it says 600 watts on it that means 600 watts max right? I couldn't find what RMS it has (tried google), but I'm guessing around 300 right? So that would be putting down 150 RMS to each sub.
Obviously this isn't using my subs to their full potential, but is it ok if I hook this up? Or will I be killing the subs slowly by running them like this?

so i shouldnt set the amp @ that LPF? and when tuning my subs, i got 2 JL12W0. Only 1 subs clips while the other kept on going. wtf is that? cablin issue?

the one sub that is cliping is on the out, take that sub out the box and push down on it and leasn to it, if sound scachy it is the voice coil. ehat amp are you using so answer you batter.

Can you tell me why? Bad as in damaging to the subs or bad as in it won't sound as great compared to another amp?

that is not ture rated power, how you tell for your self is look at the fuse is uses on amp,and if is 10 or 15 amp fuse it is more like 1/2 the power that is reted at, you can use it for front speakers thought....

i also just bout a PC2 lightning audio cap, made for my amp, its rated at .5 farads like i was told to get
anything else i need other than like a 4-6 gauge wiring kit a sub box?
