What would happen if...

Hey what would happen if i back up in my driveway and hit a tress passing car, that for example entered my driveway to change directions? Whould it be my fault?

and What happens if you try to give a cop 50$? So he leaves you alone and not give you a ticket?

Just curious!

I would assume it's not your fault and you could do as you wish, but I'm not 100% sure.

If you try that with a cop you better hope he isn't an asshole!

your property, they have no reason to be pulling into your driveway, if they are lost, they can just go around the block, sue them for all they got, get an m3, all problems solved.

they can pull on to the bottom portion of the driveway only....if they they go onto the main part of your drive its then "tresspassing".

Think about it this way.
Who would be at fault if you were reversing and hit a pedestrian who was trespassing on your driveway.

I don't see why you wouldn't be at fault, I mean people use others' driveways to make 3 pt turns all the time and it's legal...

You make it sound like she was doing something illegal/stupid. Spooner how is she a stupid soccer mom? You never do a 3 point turn in poeples driveways?
