3rd party merchant processing help.

I am looking for a online 3rd party merchant. I think that is what they are called.

I need something like paypal or moneybookers but I don't want the end user to be creating a user account.

I have found 1 but they are based out of the UK. I want something based in North America.

if anyone has ever used something similar please send me the link.
