wait until all the facts are in before making judgements against the police. The video and audio is very poor but with audio and video specialist the exact voices and sequences can be indentified..before the cop bashers starts to rev up their position let the investigation units complete their jobs before makig snap judgements.of course if this was a black victim the race card would have been brought up already..

too late experts already saying officer used deadly force way to quick!!

"It's a criminal act," said Roger Clark, a former Los Angeles County sheriff's lieutenant who routinely testifies in court as an expert in police tactics. Clark has worked both for police officers and for citizens who have sued the police. "He shot an unarmed man who was complying with his orders," Clark said.

David Klinger, a use-of-force expert who teaches at the University of Missouri, St. Louis, and wrote a book titled "Into The Kill Zone: A Cop's Eye View of Deadly Force," said the recording was "the screwiest thing I've ever seen. It makes no sense."

"What I saw was totally incongruous with standard police doctrine," said Klinger, a professor of criminology and onetime LAPD officer.

Yes and the guy who was shot was the passenger in the vehicle.

Um, no you won't. I have absolutely no use to cross over into the US. I spend my vacations in Europe. Besides, I'm not even allowed in that shitty country

REVSHOT?!

Hahaha, jay was the first person i thought about when you posted that comment!

But i couldn't agree more with you, there is no need for border guards to get guns. If there are any problems, theres usually cops near by anyways!

im strong for border guards with guns, #1, theres no way to protect themselves from some guy jumping the border and will do anything to cross (need i remind you the officers that got killed at the rainbow bridge last year because of that) whats to stop an angry truck driver who dosent want his cab examined, or someone with a tonn of drugs,

the difference between cops and CBA officers, is simple, cops go looking for the trouble, cba officers have everything come to them

we catch an illegal gun on average once a week, whats to stop that illegal gun from going off?

..Primus couldnt agree more...but make sure the guards are trained to the same level as police officers with yearly examinations..from the video it does seem that the police did ask the victim to stand up..but again its inconclusive until the video is inspected by specialist.

border guards go through training 3 times a year, and it is actually harder to get into canada customs then it is to join the police force, there is higher standards and requirments, and yes i agree they need to be properly trained, anyone with a gun should be not be untrained

Uhh, BigD was defending police actions that were legitimate (i.e. driving with slicks, loud mufflers and other race gear). This was uncalled for and I don't see why you are calling him out.

The cop should be fired. But he will probably be assigned to a desk.

Bud... you have no idea what life is like for cops in the USA... it's not like here, that's for sure!

I've seen a lot of routine stops good bad when I was living in NC... and in person too...

i am not saying that the cop is right or wrong... but really....you've never been in that type of situation... so in my opinion... your comments remind me of a tree huggers...
