hold is genious. whenever someone puts me on hold, i put them on hold. they usually hang up, but if i know their employee number, i get them ****ed

You notice how they always call when your eating dinner or trying to watch a leafs game, I just ask them for there home number so I can call them back when I m not busy they hang up on me

I notice that cold callers have me on hold as soon as I answer.... 3 - 5 second delay until they say hello. Ample time to hang up.
